This machine tool is specially used for finishing all kinds of hydraulic cylinders, cylinders and other cylindrical deep hole parts. The hole diameter accuracy of the parts processed by this machine tool is above IT8 level, and the surface roughness is Ra0.2-0.4μm. The machine can also perform local honing to correct the taper and ovality of the part. The machine tool is equipped with Beijing KND CNC system and AC motor, which can be specified or matched according to user requirements. In the honing process, the machine tool adopts the processing form in which the workpiece is fixed, and the honing head rotates and reciprocates. It is suitable for the processing of various workpieces, especially for the processing of non-rotatable workpieces (such as square or special-shaped workpieces, etc.). The rotation of the honing head adopts AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, the reciprocating motion adopts the chain stepless speed regulation, the movement is stable, and the workpiece is fixed by the chain locking, which is simple and reliable. During the honing process of this machine tool, the sand bar and the workpiece always maintain a constant pressure, so that the sand bar can be strongly ground, which ensures the high efficiency of deep hole machining. The use of cold-drawn steel pipes can directly carry out strong honing, which changes the traditional multi-process method of deep hole machining and effectively improves productivity. The materials to be honed are cast iron and various types of steel, including hardened workpieces. The cooling system of this machine tool adopts three-stage filtration, which fully guarantees the cleanliness of the coolant. The control of this machine tool is concentrated in the electrical operation center, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
